Balance Sheet for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company is therefore not
required to comply with the provisions of Regulation 27 (2) of the Securities and
Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation,
2015 for the time being. therfoe with respect to above provision and regulation 27(2)(a)
