We state that in terms of Regulation 15(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (SEBI LODR), the provisions as specified in regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21,22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C , D and E of Schedule V of SEBI LODR shall not apply in respect of Companies having paid up equity share capital not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and Net Worth not exceeding Rs.25 Crores, as on the last day of the previous financial year.
We hereby inform you that the Companys (_Andhra Pradesh Tanneries ltd ) paid up Equity Share Capital is Rs.22083875 and Net Worth is Rs. - 129461724 are below the threshold limit of Rs. 10 Crores and Rs. 25 Crores respectively as per the latest audited Balance Sheet for the financial year ended March 31, 2025_. The company is therefore not required to comply with the provisions of Regulation 27 (2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 for the time being.
Therefore with respect to above provisions and Regulation 27(2)(a) report on Corporate Governance is not applicable.
